• Public transport (buses) within 1 mile. Ponteland which is a large village / small town within half a mile with a good range of shops, restaurants and pubs.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• Off road, private car parking for 2 cars (more by arrangement, both within 6 meters of door on level concrete.)
• Contact phone number displayed at entrance gates.
• Heat-sensitive security lights which automatically come on at night

Main Entrance & Reception

• 1 entrance for guests, but also an emergency fire exit at far side of building.
• Thresh at entrance door.
• Owner greets guests on arrival.
• Accommodation not suitable for guests confined to wheelchairs and no pets allowed.
